For enrollment issues or claims inquires, the HSR Customer Service Department is available toll-free daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time at 866-409-5733. Specialized enrollment personnel are standing by to assist your parents and students with their enrollment needs or to answer any claims-related questions.
