The percentage of graduates that meet the criteria for CCMR will increase from 73% to 74% by August 2028. CCMR participation will increase at the following annual increments:

• Increase from 73.25% to 73.5% by August 2025
• Increase from 73.5% to 73.75% by August 2026
• Increase from 73.75% to 74% by August 2027
• Increase from 74% to 74.25% by August 2028

The percentage of third grade students scoring at the “Meets” level for Reading will increase from 55% to 60% by August 2028. Reading scores for the “Meets” level will increase at the following annual increments:

• Increase from 56% to 57% by August 2025
• Increase from 57% to 58% by August 2026
• Increase from 58% to 59% by August 2027
• Increase from 59% to 60% by August 2028

The percentage of third grade students scoring at the “Meets” level for Math will increase from 45% to 50% by August 2028. Math scores for the “Meets” level will increase at the following annual increments:

• Increase from 46% to 47% by August 2025
• Increase from 47% to 48% by August 2026
• Increase from 48% to 49% by August 2027
• Increase from 49% to 50% by August 2028
